”Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars. ”We decided to stay here for a couple nights for the Duluth Airshow as it was nearby. It was wonderful. Staff was attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ac was working well. The beds were comfy and two types of pillows were offered (firm and soft). The only con is that the walls were a bit thin and could easily here people above us stomping around. If you're sensitive to sound. Would reccomend bringing earplugs to use for sleeping. The continental breakfast was great. They have a...

”Interesting hotel built in the early 1990s. There are still things visible from that era, however the hotel has been updated a bit. If you are looking for high level comfort, and luxury, this place isn't for you. But it is comfortable, and kind of cool in an old-fashioned way. Large parking area is in the back, just drive into the alley behind.”

”The room in which we stayed had windows across the entire span of the suite. It was a beautiful view. We took advantage of the weight room but wished it had a pool. The parking ramp was quite inconvenient as it was up steps and across the street through an alley. The hotel does have a loading zone if you wish to use it prior to parking the car.”

”Appreciated the fact that we were able to secure this almost last minute reservation. It served our our purpose well. Breakfast was a nice perk with healthy choices. WiFi password could be more clearly stated on key card packet or just posted in room.”

”A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place”

”Pool was ice cold, everything else was ok, not the best but you get what you paid for. We wiped the room down with disinfectant wipes and they were filthy afterwards. Rooms should be better maintained. The door had swollen making it very hard to close to the bathroom and ceiling was drooping over the shower.”

”We were so very happy with the comfort inn. We almost stayed an extra night. Breakfast was fantastic, the place was very clean, the room had everything we needed. The weather was so very HOT outside (99 degrees) that it was great to have the pool and hot tub to go into before bed. Staff were very helpful. Thank you to ALL.”

”Could not figure out where the parking was. Said parking was behind building but no spaces all day. Did find secure parking down the street next to the casino.”
