  • This is a 5 bedroom 2 full bath 1800’s home that has been fully renovated. Rustic charm meets modern amenities. The Master suite has a king bed with a soaker tub. 4 guest suits with Queen beds. A second 5 bedroom house is also available next door for rent as well)

This place was even better than the photos! Such a lovely spot, perfect for a large group. Stayed here for a bachelorette and everyone loved it. House is stocked with anything you could need - Bridget has thought of every detail.

Amazing and beautiful home! Very clean and well stocked up with anything you could think of for vacation. The host is very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. You can tell she really cares about her home and it is beautiful. Great stay! Plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend

We had the best time at this house. The pictures don’t even do justice to how clean, spacious and beautiful the space is. The grounds are beautiful, the space is so large and well suited for a large group.There were lots of spaces for decorations. You can tell a lot of weddings are here because they’ve thought of everything. Hooks for decorative banners? Already up. Tons of mirrors for getting ready, yes? Nail polish removed, Bobby pins, three types of hair spray, bath towels, beach towels, cookie sheets, you name it, they have it. The host was super responsive and kind and we just had the best time. I would 10/10 stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully renovated farmhouse. Bridget was an excellent host and got back to me promptly whenever we had questions. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and had plenty of room for our two families.

Great stay

Our family had an amazing time celebrating in the Scarborough/Portland area thanks to the wonderful accommodations of this property. Great location, clean, well furnished, and great communication with host. Would highly recommend!

Great spot for family

We traveled to visit family in Maine and this house met the needs of all the travelers ages 14-81. Clean, welcoming, and outfitted with anything you might need.

Rented for a long weekend Bachelorette party! The pictures don’t do the property justice! It was beautifully decorated, clean and so spacious for the 10 people we had there. Great location and short uber into Old Port. The host is very kind and attentive to the little details in the house. We truly don’t have one complaint! Would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful winter gathering

This Beech Ridge Barn house was a beautiful place to gather with friends and family. The place was exactly as described: large, clean, cozy, and perfect for young families with toddlers. The large cooking and dining area with a long table was the setting for many meals and laughs. Regarding coordination, Bridget was prompt with communication and extremely accommodating. We would happily gather here again.

This place and host was perfect in every way! Because we all flew into Portland for this vacation, we really appreciated that this host supplied EVERYTHING you could possibly need. She was very generous with check in/check out times, beach supplies, toiletries and kitchen supplies… no need to buy condiments, spices, and Qtips here! And the house and property were absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do NOT do it justice. The location was really convenient to the airport, downtown Portland, local beaches, and nearby quaint towns. The only downfall to this place… it makes other rentals and your own home seem downright inadequate.
