”Normally I try to give the benefit of the doubt but when multiple things happen it is more than the short straw at hand. Stayed previously for 10 nights, went home for a weekend and finished stay with 4 more nights. Toner in printer was low first couple of nights and then went out completely 9 days ago. They said we will leave a note for daytime crew. 3 days last week without toner and came back this week and still nothing replaced or fixed….strike 1. No one is replacing or taking...

”We will not stay at this location ever again. Upon arriving, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes and we had to be given a second room. At first, the clerk told us there was nothing available, but when I explained the smell, he found a second room instantly. This room smelled heavily of cleaning products as well febreeze trying to cover up other odors. The third room had dirty towels and we requested new towels that never came. There were also two cockroaches by the AC unit that we reported....

”My family and I went here to celebrate my 45th birthday. This hotel was perfectly located only six minute walk to the pier. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun.”
