”We were in the Achilles room which was spacious and had a sauna and jacuzzi in the bathroom, and a lovely outside seating area. The room was spotless and modern and cleaned daily. The staff messaged beforehand with clear instructions of how to access the room - there are doors with code-access only to the building and to the Pier Capponi rooms, so even though on 2 occasions the building door had been left open, it still felt safe. ”This property nice with kitchenette and plenty of space. It’s very clean and provided good toiletries. Keep in mind there’s no hair conditioner or iron which would have been helpful for us. However if you’re planning to do a lot of activities in city center and utilize the train station, the location is not convenient. It’s a 20 minute walk to Duomo and 30 minute walk to the train station. We spent more money on transport due to this. The staff were fantastic to work with, very responsive.”
