”Room I was given was visible tired but when looking closer it was clear that the cleaning was not completed to a standard I would expect. Walls were full of holes and wall plugs, bathroom accessories were broken and to top it off no hot water in the morning. Personally I will not be staying here again.”

”There was a problem with the room being the shower attachment then the noisy radiator. The duty staff quickly attended and moved and upgraded me to a much more comfortable room. Thank you”
