”Arrived at hotel at 4pm after full day of travel from Seward. 3pm check in but room not ready. Room finally ready at 5pm. Manager said she would give $200 credit. Never received the credit. Room was dirty with worn and frayed carpet. Breakfast buffet was one of the most sparse I’ve ever seen. Coffee was good. Considering I paid $600/night it was extremely disappointing.”
