"We had an accident when one from our party walked across a bright glass door that doesn't have anything noting that a door closes the corridor. This is dangerous. Hotel staff was helpful during the accident but hopelessly slow. It seems that the staff doesn't take ownership of the situation nor the hotel. I asked reception to convey message to maintenance to fix the dangerous door. I doubt that anything has happened. Hotel was nice overall but district bit rough."
