”This is a nice spa hotel located near the wineroute in beautiful Alsace. Very friendly service and the food is wonderful in the hotel restaurant. There is plenty of outside parking space, too.”
”Older hotel that shows its age, but that isn’t a complaint, it is part of its charm. Quirky collection of furniture and decor. Great location and very friendly staff. No A/C, but that is not a surprise for a hotel of this age in Europe. A fan was provided within the room and, although the weather was pretty hot, it’s a dry heat and temps dropped with the sun and it was comfortable. ”

”Simply an amazing experience!
The service was top performance both in the hotel and the restaurant. Even after closing hours, the kitchen stayed open and served one exquisite meal after the other along with outstanding wines, they make a wonderful experience and high performance in making close to Michelin standard in cooking and on top a highly experienced sommelier to ensure matching wines. Despite this they had a first class service towards very tired kids for the adults to enjoy the evening....
”Pour un petit weekend en couple avec le chien, c'était parfait. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la foret qui nous a apporté de la fraîcheur dans ce weekend de canicule. Le restaurant était très bon et la piscine très agréable. Plusieurs circuits de randonnée entoure l'hôtel et Soultzmatt à proximité est très joli à visité.
Ne pas se fier à l'aspect vétuste de l'éxterieur de l'hôtel, à l'intérieur les chambres sont neuves et très agréables (matelas des lits un peu trop mous pour mon dos,...

Les explications était clair.
Seul petit bémol stationnement payant et mur de l’hôtel pas très épais on entend ces compagnons d’hôtels facilement
En ce qui concerne le service ménage , rien à dire tout était propre cependant je me permettrais de dire (en mon cas sa ne m’as pas si déranger que sa enfin ce faire réveiller car on rentre alors que j’ai répondu occupé .. mais j’étais seule heureusement ) mais...

”Hotellet ligger lidt afsides, men i rimelig kørselsafstand fra f.eks. Kaysersberg og Riquewihr.
Vi boede i en suite på 3. sal med to balkoner og en pragtfuld udsigt over skoven og de nærmeste byer.
Der var ingen larm. Personalet talte både fransk, tysk og engelsk, og de var meget servicemindede. Både morgenmad og den faste, 4-retters menu var helt i top, og prisen for 4 retter var kun EUR 35 pr. person.”
”I stayed for 4 nights doing day trips to wine towns. Hotel was close to station and town. Lobby bright and cheerful. Breakfast was sufficient. Room had good air-con and a comfy bed. It was a bit dim though.
