”This hotel is literally next door to the train station which runs Panoramic express trains every hour. It's really quiet in the rooms and you cannot hear the trains at all. It's super convenient to get to Lucerne or Interlaken. The hotel location itself in Lungern is so beautiful and definitely worth exploring and spending a day there too! ”We wanted to stay somewhere near Interlaken and Grindelwald, and found this hotel with an incredibly beautiful location by Lake Brienz. Took less than 10 minutes by car to Interlaken and 20 minutes to Grindelwald. We were very pleased with this peaceful, beautiful location by the lake. The little garden outside the hotel is so pretty and there are stairs leading to the clear waters of the lake so you can take a swim just 20 metres from the hotel.

”I’m very impressed and satisfied with my stay . The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. The decorations and design is so vintage and I remembered some of the old pots and pans and iron displayed all over the lobby . The front desk staff were helpful and always smiling . The room was so cozy and clean . I had the beautiful view of the mountain and water . The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious ! The servers were all accommodating , friendly , smiling , courteous....

”We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...
