On the ground floor, it features an air-conditioned (heating/cooling) open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV corner, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms (heating/cooling), with the option to add a single bed upon request, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
