Masseria Luci is a finely restored historic residence, immersed in the Salento countryside and easily reachable from the provincial road SP 36 that leads from the city of Maglie to the city of Casarano. It is located 3 km from Maglie, a town known for the excitement of its commercial and artisan activities; approx. 30 km from Lecce and Gallipoli; approx. 20 km from the main tourist resorts of the Adriatic coast, such as Otranto, Santa Cesarea Terme, Castro; 25 km from Torre dell'Orso.

Upon entering you are greeted by an eclectic mix of ancient and modern. Perfectly matched furniture and furnishings that give the sensation of traveling back in time without sacrificing the comfort provided by the recently renovated rooms.

The large spaces of its rooms make it ideal for large groups of people looking for privacy and comfortable spaces for their holidays.

The house, of about 500 square meters, can accommodate up to 14 people and consists of a kitchen, living room, large lounge with fireplace, 5 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a service bathroom/laundry room. The structure is completed by a private park of about 5 hectares with woods, olive groves and citrus groves; two patios, one located in the front area and one behind the farmhouse; the swimming pool for the exclusive use of the farmhouse and a parking lot for guests.

Interiors

Living area

Entering there is a large entrance that divides the living area from the sleeping area.

The first room in this area is a spacious lounge area with a fireplace and sofas that allow you to spend pleasant moments in the company of friends or a film. This area, in fact, is equipped with a smart TV with a 55-inch screen from which you can access the most popular streaming platforms. This area is pleasantly bright thanks to a large 17th century window created in the ancient walls of the farmhouse and a French window that leads directly to the patio at the back of the building, where there is a large dining table in the shade of a vine pergola and the swimming pool.

From the lounge area you enter a large dining room with a large table with 6 chairs, a sideboard and a small living room. This room is also very bright thanks to a large French window that allows you to reach the patio at the back of the farmhouse.

From the dining room you enter the kitchen consisting of two adjacent rooms: the first is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, electric oven, sink, hob with 5 gas burners and a sideboard where you will find the necessary utensils for preparing your favorite dishes and kitchen linen. In the second room there is a wicker dining table with 4 chairs and a large refrigerator with freezer. This room, particularly bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the pool and the park of the farmhouse, can also be used for breakfast or lunch.

Sleeping area

The farmhouse has 5 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower cabins and air conditioning.

Three of the five bedrooms can be reached both from the main body of the house and from the outside. One of them have a double bed and a sofa bed, so can accommodate up to four people; all the others have a double bed.

Each of the other two bedrooms - more recently renovated - has an independent entrance and can be accessed from the patio at the front of the farmhouse. These two rooms, although with an independent entrance, are also adjacent to the main body of the structure.

Each bedroom is equipped with linens and bath towels for the stay.

Exterior

Park

The farmhouse is surrounded by a park of about 5 hectares for the exclusive use of its guests. Those who stay there have the opportunity to take long walks, through a forest, olive groves and citrus groves belonging to the farmhouse.
Near the house there is a pergola with vines, two dining tables with chairs, two barbecues and a coffee set.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool, measuring approximately 11.5 m x 6 m and with a depth of approximately 1.20 m, is for the exclusive use of guests and is located near the house.

At the poolside there are sun loungers with towels.
The pool is cleaned twice a week and is included in the price.
