”Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean.
Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful.”

”From the moment we arrived till we checked out this hotel delivered. Lovely welcome on arrival, spacious clean room. Comfortable bed, handy fridge, sofa. Delicious buffet breakfast. My preferred eggs were not in the buffet but asked and they were provided no problem. Evening meal was delicious too. Waiting staff very pleasant and helpful. Spa facilities were great. ”Fantastic spa break stay. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa was wonderful and the outside areas and bar really make it special. Food in the Orangery is fabulous and the room was big and had everything we needed. ”

”The hotel was very beautiful old building. The apartment was spatious, bathrooms were very nice, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too high. Windows couldn't be kept open because of the terrible smell from the cows next to the hotel!”
