”There was a dog next door that barked several hours / days during our stay. Breakfast was hot but menu didn't vary, same thing served every day. My family appreciated the after oon snacks/drinks in the lobby.”

”This property is a great place with 1 exception: there was no hand soap for the bathroom. I requested some from the front desk and dish soap was sent up. I explained that I needed hand soap and was told they did not have any. I asked the ladies cleaning the rooms in the morning and received the same answer. It seems to me that a hotel of this caliber and expense could afford to have hand soap available. The breakfast staff, the valet staff, and the front desk staff were great. Acts 4:12”

”Excellent location and beautiful old building. Everything was clean and tidy, but recycling options would be a good addition. The service at the restaurant was very slow. The only(?) waitress did her best, but could have used help. The 24h market beside reception desk was subpar. Still overall good value.”

”Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking.”
