”We are visiting San Jose from Los Angeles and this house was very charming, cozy, and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures posted. The host was great and the back yard was cute and pet friendly. ”

”The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.”

”Check-in was simple and easy! I used this room to get ready for my wedding day and it was perfect! The only thing was that the bathroom sink had no hot water, but that wasn't such a big issue. ”

”BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine....

”Only window to open is bathroom as permanent fan system occupies main window, so very little fresh air. Kitchenette is not actually stocked to make coffee or tea, despite machines. No fan in the bathroom. Obvious moisture and or smell issue, many fans and baking soda absorbtion things around. Tv is only google tv, so was very limited. Great support and contact with owners and staff. Great location but after work hours all street parking left me 2 blocks away. Decent small convenient market and...

”We had problems the moment we walked in the door and it was 58 degrees inside the home. They were utilizing two splitters in opposite ends of the home for heat and air conditioning. They also expected you to use electric heaters for the remainder of the house. These units are a fire hazard and also would have blown the electric according to their handyman. They had an archaic heater that was marked not in use but two days later when the handyman arrived, he relit it. He also had to repair the...

”Super close to twin lakes beach. Very clean and well kept. Great views! Comfortable beds. Super cute backyard. I’d definitely come back again! ”
