”Great clean hotel, great smoke free casino with sportsbook... Only complaints were we struggled with room temperature, and pillows too feathery... Requested foam pillows, they didn't bring me one. Also if you run cold, you may need to consider bringing your own blanket. There were just a few flimsy sheets on the bed. When we asked for more, they brought us up 2 not so thick, not so soft, extra blankets... Free bottled water was a plus”

”We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again.”

”Was a great and relaxing stay. The room was clean and taken care of daily. The pool areas and restaurant was well kept and the staff was amazing. Maria, the manager of the restaurant went above and beyond in resolving a small issue we had which made our stay even better!”

”Beautiful facility, fantastic staff. Dinged for the resort fees and poor restaurant food. Skirt steak was boot leather and the whole place smelled of kerosene. ”
