”Everything was clean and neat. Host was responsive. Area was convenient. The kitchen had all the utensils, dishes and cooking supplies necessary for simple meals. We enjoyed dining outside on the deck. The AC worked OK as needed. They provided a fan in the bedroom which we placed at the door to suck in the cool air. We did have ocassional issues with the outside door keypad but just went around the front if we couldn't get it to open.”

”Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

”The air-conditioning never really worked right it only was in one room. The TV is only a Roku TV so you have to have your own streaming services to be able to watch anything. it is a very small TV and had one broken leg. they were receptive when the Wi-Fi was not working. They came over, but their attitude could’ve been better. They made us feel like we didn’t know what we were doing. It is very centrally located in downtown Luddington. Parking was great. ”The property was as described it was very nice, the location was great, near attractions, stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and games for the kids. My problem although several was the master bedroom because that is were I slept. The bed was comfortable but the linen, pillows, sheets and comforter was very worn and thin. The carpet leading down to the lower level was stained, the throw rug on the hall bath was torn. Two weeks before we checked in I asked if there was a coffee...
