”We had such a lovely stay at the Pantai Inn! Beautiful surroundings, right by the ocean, rooms were very clean and all our requests and wishes were met with professional attitude. The staff was very kind and helpful and everything seemed thought through. We loved the Bali theme. The room was big and cozy and clean. Only little minus for the cleanliness comes from not having super clean balcony (that being said, the hotel is right by the ocean and that itself brings some challenges). Would...

”Room was ok however a bit outdated! Front desk staff were very helpful.. however the dining area staff were not! Even though we bought breakfast package, they gave us a bill with extra charges on, with no explanation of what the charges are for, even though we only got what’s on the breakfast buffet. the amount of additional fees and were so ridiculous added 40$ daily to an already paid for breakfast! Probably will pick other hotel next time that provides clear charges/fees.”

”Staff were friendly and very nice outdoor view. We had breakfast at Greenwich. Food took long time to be served even though they only had a few tables.”

”Beautiful rooms and views, but zero communication between staff. I wanted to extend my stay and was told id be able to , just to end up being told the next morning that my room got booked up and I had to depart from my room last minute with my baby and child. I had asked to speak with General Manager during two different occasions and was never able to get a hold of her. I still have yet to receive a call back about my experience. Overall Jeff and the views are what really made this place.”

”Fantastic location great property we stayed in the wing was outstanding room parked right out front with no problems limited capabilities from a service standpoint, but would love to stay again anytime”

”OMG! The hidden gem in the middle of all of the action. Walking distance to restaurants, prime shopping, etc. Everything has been updated. To top it off, you are 20 steps to the ocean. Everything is clean, and they have chairs, towels, umbrellas, surf boards, kids boogie boards and kids sand toys, all included! Just borrow and return daily. The deck chairs, tables and lounge chairs are a bonus as well. We will definitely be back!”
