”Clean rooms with minor issues”

”Rooms had a smell, was only one night or we would have asked to switch rooms. Tried to check in at 2:30 and front staff on personal calls told us to come back at 3 was too early. Will not be back, to many other hotels in area.”

We were able to get a room, but once we got there the attitude was worse with the huffing and puffing. She might’ve rough morning but she was VERY nasty & I didn’t appreciate that at all. It had a broken dishwasher, the phones were not functioning or were missing cords, the refrigerator was dirty and still had food in it and the room was small and very dark. ”I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. ”When we got to our room it was what it was for the price until my daughter was looking for her shoe under the bed and found a meth pipe with stuff in it my brother put it in a bag and we took it to the office and all was said is management would reach out I stopped in several time I tried to find another room as well but management never got back to me.”
