”Everything was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay overall. The only issue we noticed was that the bathroom door's automatic closer was quite loud. Whenever someone opened or closed the door, it made a significant noise that could disturb people who were sleeping. It might be helpful to adjust or repair the door closer to reduce the noise, as this would make the stay even more comfortable for future guests.”

”Friendly staff, dog friendly, bike storage, car parking garage, outdoor hot tub & pool & indoor gym. Also conveniently located next to a bus stop & bike path & just a few blocks away from the hectic restaurants & nightlife.”

”It was quite warm on the day we arrived and the room has a portable airconditon unit and they were not turned on and the temperature is 30C in the room, after running it for long hours it did not cool down the room. Maintenance checked it, and said it operating normal but it still did not cool down the room. We didn't had a comfortable stay in this place. Manager or staff didn't follow up either.”

”It was helpful having access to the parking garage. We had mountain bikes with us and they have a separate, secure room for storage. The location was excellent, close to all the village establishments. We were there to bike the Sea to Sky trail, which passed very nearby.”

”Great location for any mountain activities or even wandering the village. Hotel & rooms are clean and roomy, albeit they could use some updating. Staff are awesome and there is ample parking under the hotel. Would definitely stay there again..!”

”The property is good and is in the middle of the whistler village but it needs renovation, the tv remote had to be banged, the ceiling were full of dust and dirt and also no matter or coffee inside rooms and everything charged and expensive.”
