”Clean room and so nice to have a kitchenette! We enjoyed walking on the rocky and sandy beach across the street.”

”Terrible smell, couldn’t get TV to work, select kitchen over flowing with plates and pots, dirty air fryer, rusted tub, dirty walls, no bath or kitchen towels, toilet paper and a few paper towels and dish soap w/ dirty sponge provided, left with asthma and congestion.”

”Perfect place! Easy walk to downtown Amesbury. Quite neighborhood ”

”Our stay in Newburyport was wonderful, despite the heat and closed beaches. Collin's flat was clean, furnished nicely with a comfortable bed, and a kitchen ideal for cooking. We knew beforehand that it would be noisy very early in the morning and did bring earplugs to block out the Juicery setup each morning and the daily garbage or recycling pick ups. Newburyport is full of great restaurants, shops and wonderful places to walk and sight-see. I recommend Collin's flat which is located above shops...

”It was a nice quaint cottage, clean and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen and AC for the hot days. We could walk to beach, restaurants and stores. The parking area was next to a marsh that would get flooded in some areas from evening high tide. There was no closet or luggage rack in the rooms for storage. Otherwise great location...

”We checked in. And they said we were all set. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you...

”A family wedding brought us to this area. The Ocean Retreat was everything as advertised. We especially appreciated the host'sresponsiveness to any questions. The murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable and the shower was amazing. We appreciated the cleanliness and loved the goodies! We would stay again!”
