This popular Pelican Watch villa rental offers wood flooring, vaulted ceilings and lots of windows to maximize the natural light and great views from the living area. Ceiling fans keep the ocean air fresh and circulating. There is plenty of comfortable seating to relax, the sofa pulls out as a sleeper for extra guests and the dining table seats 4 guests. Bring your favorite movies as for evening indoor entertainment there is a flat screen TV with Comcast cable, a Blu-ray / DVD player and free WIFI. The kitchen features granite tile countertops and black appliances and is fully stocked so you can enjoy in-house dining. The washer/dryer laundry area is just off the kitchen for your convenience.

1302 Pelican Watch accommodates up to 4 guests with a king size ensuite primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. A second full bath is located in the hallway with a stall shower.

Pelican Watch Villas boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Pelican Watch Villas are oceanfront on Seabrook Island.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) well behaved small dog; maximum weight limit of 35 lbs, is permitted at this property. Pet fee is an additional $250 per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
