Quality WIFI throughout the villa means you can stream your devices and use your laptop anywhere in the villa, including the screened porch and open deck.

The open plan living area is freshly appointed with stylish, comfortable furnishings including a sectional sofa, a 65" HDTV Smart TV mounted over the decorative mantel for easy viewing and an attractive new dining table for in house dining for 6. Cooks will enjoy the updated, open kitchen stocked with all new cookware, dish ware and utensils, and a coffee bar with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for the java drinkers! The stack washer/dryer offers guests in house convenience. Laundry soap is provided.

When it’s time to rest you will be glad you reserved this Live Oak villa! Bedroom 1 features a Westin "Heavenly" King size bed and a wall mounted 42" Smart TV for streaming. Your kids or adult guests will love bedroom 2 appointed with a 40” Smart TV for streaming and two brand new Pottery Barn full size beds for extra comfort and a great night's sleep. The tile shower with a half glass wall is spacious and feels spa-like! Bath two has a tub which makes bathing the little ones so convenient.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Community Pool for Live Oak Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to the beach.

Pet Policy: One dog is permitted with a weight limit of 45 lbs. Please indicate size and breed at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
