3637 Pompano Court is a newly renovated beach house with beach access from your yard! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home is located on the beach boardwalk and boasts large outdoor decks, comfortable coastal interiors, a ping pong and foosball table for indoor entertainment and amenity cards to the Seabrook Island Club.
This Seabrook Island vacation home is beautifully furnished with two separate living areas and all the comforts of home. The freshly appointed main living area is a great place to relax after a fun day of outdoor activity, watch movies and sports on the 50 " flat screen smart TV and share family meals indoors or venture outside to the large, covered deck with outdoor seating for alfresco dining. Upstairs the loft den also offers a 50" flat screen smart TV, new sofa and comfy club chair, and a foosball table for extra gaming fun! A smaller deck is located here. The third bath is upstairs too with a stall shower.
Back downstairs the updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless LG appliances is outfitted with everything you need to prepare your favorite Lowcountry favorites such as shrimp and grits. The granite bar with stool seating is a great place for a quick snack before heading back to the beach!
When it’s time for bed, every guest can rest comfortably with new furnishings, high quality linens and freshly updated bathrooms with marble vanities. The king bedroom facing the back of the house offers nearly new furnishings and a 32" flat screen TV. The queen bedroom on the front side was also recently updated and offers a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a double marble vanity area and tub/shower combination. On the opposite side of the home, Bedroom 3 is a queen bedroom with newer furnishings and a 32' flat screen TV with DVD player built in. The fourth bedroom is a great kid’s room with a bunk bed and a trundle pull out beneath the bunk. These two bedrooms share a recently renovated bath with double marble vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Enjoy large, outdoor decks and a gas grill for preparing all your BBQ favorites while the ocean breezes remind you are at the beach. The beach access is in your yard and you’re less than a mile from the Seabrook Island Club!
Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 4. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
