”Bath tub faucet in king accessible room didn’t function. Needed to awkwardly fill tub with shower head.”

”The room was very clean and the AC is very cold. Love it. Prime location, only thing we didn’t like was we had to lug all of our things upstairs (no elevator) and the parking situation was AWFUL. We did not pay for the parking pass, and we figured we could get a spot on the strip but there was no parking available through the countless times I drove the circle around the strip until about 9pm. We arrived at 3:30. Ended up having to pay for parking a in a lot that was fortunately close by.”

”Full kitchen with no pots of pans. No cups or plates. Other places have a few items for guest to use. Coffee is offered at the office. Had to wait till they opened to get coffee. BBQ area nice. Pool was cleaned daily. Close to beach”

”This was more like a RUN DOWN Motel rather then a "QUALITY INN" For some reason we were given a ADA room with a shower for a wheel chair person, but I thought, "Okay, who cares!" The sliding closet doors dont work, the bathroom sink takes 3 hours to slowly drain after simply washing your hands or brushing your teeth. We were in Building #2, & the hallway is NOT at ALL appealing or Welcoming, feels like Im walking into a dive Motel. Dirty wet towels were thrown in the corner of the hallway for...

”Breakfast was great. Bacon/eggs/biscuits & gravy.. kept hot and replenished frequently. Always like the waffles. Enjoyed fruit cups with farm yogurt. Lots of other choices, cereal/oatmeal, danishes/breads.. Staff constantly checking/replenishing. Can never have too much bacon! :-D”

”I was booked a villa with two bedrooms and given a two stories and I was informed that they will send steps gates since she saw ai have two toddlers. We waited all night and the day after we were informed it was a wrong info and they dont have gates for steps, so for safety they changed our room. It was inconvenient but we had no choice. The new room wasn't as good as our original room.”

”We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely consider visiting again. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for our family. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the location was excellent—close to several beautiful beaches and convenient to local attractions. There were a few drawbacks. Our cottage was located up quite a few stairs, which made carrying luggage and navigating with children a bit challenging. The breakfast options...

”The pool and poolside service was great but the pool had loads of chlorine in it and it burned my daughters eyes I reccomend bringing goggles if planning to swim”

”Everything about our stay was wonderful! The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the spa was unavailable for a majority of our stay. It was chilly and that was our plan to hang out in the spa. But overall it was an awesome stay and we will definitely be back.”
