”Love the pool and jacuzzi and well-kept grounds. Kids love the koi pond too. Food is good...some servers better than others. We stay here every year and love how close it is to everything- shopping, grocery, hiking, beach, playgrounds and more. The main gripe this time was the loud people on both sides of us! ”

”We stayed at this hotel the night before in one of their villas and had planned a special Mother’s Day lunch and birthday celebration for our mom at the hotel’s restaurant. I made the reservation THREE WEEKS in advance, and nothing was explained to me over the phone about any issues or limitations. ”The property does seem a little dated, but it’s cute and quaint. The pool was nice and clean and the double hotubs were a good plus! We were also able to check in 2 hours early which was great. The rooms were also very spacious. Only complaint I have was that our room faced the parking lot and it was extremely bright from the street lights as the blinds weren’t black out. ”

”I needed a place to stay over the weekend here in Santa Cruz. When looking up nearby hotels to the event I wanted to go to, this one came up as close. Expedia shows this as a 7.8/10, but when you look it up on google, it says 2/5 star hotel. The thing that made me book the hotel in the first place was the fact that it was cheap and it had advertised on Expedia that it has SOUNDPROOF ROOMS.... this is an absolute lie. Once I got in my hotel room, the people in the conjoining room were blasting...

”I have wanted to stay at this property for awhile and when I finally found a good deal, I booked it. Overall, I had a great experience. Check-in was ok but took a bit. Room was on the small size but totally functional. Loved the spacious shower. The room was bright and clean. The bed was just ok, a little too firm for me. Parking was on the tighter side but ok. Great location in terms of closeness to the boardwalk and wharf. Only downside heard a lot of road noise from the street but overall...
