”This Hotel Lodge is the best value for the 30A experience, many other hotels or rentals would cost 2 or 3 times the Lodge. Location is great the restaurants adjacent to the Hotel are conveniently located will stay here again my next visit to 30A Beaches in Fort Walton County.”

”Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!”

”Beautiful location, but the experience did not match the price point or expectations. Our room was directly next to weddings every night of our stay, with events taking place literally outside our window, and we were never warned. The weddings also precluded us from using the rooftop, and resulted in the restaurant and bar being closed intermittently for many meals over the 4 days. The room setup also does not work for a group — only one real bed, extremely uncomfortable pull-outs, poor pillows,...

”Breakfast was fresh. Coffee delicious and hot! Staff get a bit confused with the order but strive to please you. Room is very clean as well as other areas of the hotel. The pool is well maintained. Fitness room was great!”

”The room was clean, and the breakfast was very good—though there is a charge for it. They have a shuttle cart to take you to the beach, which is a 5-to-10-minute walk away. They charge $5 per day for parking, but the lot is good and secure. The area is nice; there are shops right across the street, and several different restaurants within walking distance.”

”They offer breakfast, but a cold breakfast. It's not a proper breakfast. High humidity in the rooms. Partly that's why the air conditioner year water on the floor. This was a problem in several rooms. The customer service was still good, the hotel was so clean.”
