The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet on the elevator, it had a smell because people walk from the pool or the beach wet and the carpet gets wet and the smell stays in the carpet, that would be something to consider changing since the hotel it’s in a place near water, vinyl flooring would work better in my opinion and wouldn’t stink ”

They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem!
