”The room was rather simple. No warmth or inviting. I noticed the fitted sheet was inside out and was concerned about it being reused. I spoke with a manager and he spoke about their cleaning protocols and mentioned it was probably a mistake. I noticed there were also dark fingerprints on the doors. I had clorox wipes and used them to clean the doors.”

”The Location Was Average...No Bed Bugs or Bugs of Any Sort...”

”The grounds and the pool area were very nice and clean. The breakfast that is available was just ok. But there are restaurants close by that are available. The room was clean but the bed is too soft and not very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the vanity area had a nice size refrigerator and microwave available for use. Unfortunately the toilet in the shower area seemed to be lower than the standard toilet. Which was a little odd. The staff were very friendly and professional.”

”Everything on point for us we will stay again when in the area and the breakfast buffet style was great...Thanks again!”

”My wife got 9 bug bites and I got 4 bug bites… It was terrible! Breakfast sandwiches were good and the staff were friendly. It is a 3-star hotel. What can you expect?! However, we paid $270+/night for 6 nights. At least we should expect a clean and bug-free bed… If we didn’t prepaid the whole stay with Expedia, I think we’ll just move to another hotel.”

”The location was excellent—just 5 minutes from LGB Airport via the hotel's free shuttle service. For dinner, we visited a nearby food hall called The Hangar, which was about a 20–30 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.”

”The thing that is unique about this property is that after several stays it is always top notch in every way. 5 stars every time!!! That’s unique!!!”

”We had a great stay with the family. The room was nice with own kitchen. The only minus was that towels, swimming gear etc. didn’t dry very quickly as there was no balcony or other place to dry them, but the room was still very good for us. Nice breakfast and the pool area was really good.”

”Love where the prop is located. only complaint this stay was our room 307 had a ton of water running noise behind our bed /wall all night. not sure if all the pipes are there or what was going on...so loud. and the people next door were slamming there door....last time we stayed here no issues, this time way to loud....I would stay again but not near all that water noise...sound like every room that turned on their shower was running thru our walls....”
