”Everthing was nicely labled. From beach access locations, to where things were located in the rooms. The communication from host was prompt and kind. The location of this BNB was perfect. Everything was clean, and all needs were met. Will stay again. Very close to all attractions in Newport we wanted to visit. ”

”Beautiful location, wonderful view of the ocean and beach from the cottages. It’s right off hwy 101, but we couldn’t hear traffic noise from inside. We everything we needed, nicely done!”

”The beach cottage was exactly what I needed and expected. The view of the ocean from the back patio was amazing. It was clean and cozy. I will definitely be back. My dog and I walked down to the beach from the cottage everyday. ”

”Unfortunately they didn’t warn us that maintenance was coming on checkout day. We were running behind and requested late check like add says and was denied. Other than that it was a good stay.”
