”We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property in the Lake District. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect: peaceful and secluded, but only a short drive (or a long, scenic walk!) to some amazing views, great pubs, and some fantastic hiking trails. ”Nicely furnished and ideally located flat with nice views. Short walk to Ambleside, very close to bus station where you can take bus rides to nearly all destinations in the Lake District. Flat has everything you need and is situated on the second floor of a nice property located in a beautiful large garden. Highly recommended!”

”This is an excellent house in superb state of repair with very good quality furniture. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was simple and Martin Wardle of the agents was extremely helpful. The house is situated in a village which is very near Kendal, the lakes and just over one hour to the Solway coast. There are some very good dining places in the area with our favourite being The Watermill Inn which has its own micro brewery producing very tasty beers. All in all...

”Really loved out stay at Little Mell Fell. Great instructions to find it. Set up really well for either a couple or a family of 4. Love that it's pet friendly. Was really clean and felt relatively recently done. The location was great to get around Ullswater and out to the surrounding lakes. ”

”The cottage is quirky with exposed wooden beams in the upstairs rooms. Suited us fine for a three night stay. Spotlessly clean and in a quiet location. The Chalet tea rooms does a very nice breakfast and is right next door. Keswick is an easy walk of about a mile.There is no village shop.”

”Spa cottage was brilliant, it was clean, had everything you needed, very well furnished and its in a great location opposite the lovely village shop and right by the pub. Good walks nearby and everyone very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Braithwaite is such a lovely village.”
