Hyvää: Siisteys, sijainti ja listauksen paikkansapitävyys
Huonoa: Viestintä
The communication with the host in the beginning was good. Answered all questions I had regarding my reservation, even confirmed the details of the room prior to arrival. (King bed and pull out full size sofa). However this was not the case when we checked in. We got a king size bed and a smaller than a twin bed cot. We didnt get the room we paid for but We managed. I feel this would've been better handled if the on site management had access to and handled the reservations as well as the calendar. This is not the case. Having a person who is not on site or not even in the area manage reservations is not efficient. Handling this on site would save a bunch of headaches. However. Rita is the best. Rita, the on site manager, handled everything in stride. She went above and beyond to handle and accommodate us. Anything we needed she delivered. We do plan on returning as long as Rita is there and as long as Rita is handling all reservations.
