”Very organized, clean, and well-run rental condo operation, right on the promenade/beach at the heart of Seaside. Pre-checkin communications were prompt and thorough. Parking is sufficient for both owners and rental guests. Condos are clean, comfortable and well-stocked.”

”We had a great time and would definitely return. Our family of six had plenty of room in the condo, enjoyed the view from the balcony, and it’s in the perfect location. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was also nice to have an indoor pool on rainy days! Food and grocery delivery is also available to the condo, which is super convenient!”

”Spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was lovely, and the view of the ocean was fantastic. Excellent location just minutes from the turnaround. Property management was very communicative, and they sweetly left a balloon and chocolate for our special occasion. A very nice and personal touch! Front desk staff was also very friendly.”

”Our room was great! Elevator was super slow and one was out of order. Luckily we were only one floor up so the walk was just fine. Also, heads up the pool is like 4’ deep and pretty small. The location is awesome!”
