”When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

”The room I booked Queen bed was spacious. The breakfast is continental in lobby with muffin, fruit, yogurt and beverages. I had problem with staff there. The lady who checked me in was very nice. But in the morning, the other staff at front desk kinda started preaching me that I "should have" used compost bin for trash when I told her twice that their trash can was not working (in breakfast lobby). I didn't like at all that she was not proactive. If this was my business, I would have said...

”Everything was clean and easy. Exactly as listed, great stay overall. Not really a complaint but noted that it’s an older property and doesn’t seem like it’s been updated in awhile.”

”Having a little store inside the lobby was nice when we didn’t have a car and there aren’t many places within walking distance. There are microwave meals and drinks along with candy. We forgot an item and it was saved for us on our return trip. The staff was friendly. The problem was with the noise from a club down the street and the patrons that started street racing and doing donuts on the corner at 1am, but that isn’t the motel’s fault.”

”Got to the property they let me know the Res had been canceled but I had been charged for a previous day said to call Expedia they authorized a refund, the room had trippeled in price so we decided to stay elsewhere”

The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. ”Exstodinary service relatively reasonable especially at the last minute. Had a snafu at a compeditora few blocks away. They tripled the price after a refund reached out to the Alexis and booked for the price I had seen a few days earlier. They didn't double the valet, like the competition. The front desk was exstaodinarily kind and upgraded us to a suite. Bed was comfortable a bit noisy but not unexpected due to the world cup. It will be our first choice next time.”

”We stayed for a week to watch Word Cup. Location for Lumen Stadium is the best you can have, the hotel is right next to it. Our first shock happened the first thing in the morning. We were woken up by the hotel staff that is on strike right now. They are apparently going through negotiations with the hotel regarding their new contract. ”The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived. I had spoken with Tracy earlier and she assured me they'd be there beyond their 8 PM closing. When I arrived, Autumn was so welcoming, helped me to my room, and even upgraded me after my disasterous day. The room and courtyard were so charming and cozy. My bed... ”The Belltown Inn is very easy to get to via the Light Rail from the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean . Hotel is in a great location, nearby restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast is not included. However, Biscuit Bit#$$h right next door, is very yummy and fun. Cruise Terminal shuttle is very convenient. Only downfall is all the homeless in the area. But, not the Inn's fault. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

”Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, around the corner from Pike Place Market, and our room had a fabulous view. We enjoyed the views (and cocktails) from the rooftop terrace, and everyone on staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay!”
