This has become my go-to spot whenever I’m in town for games or concerts at Lumen Field or T-Mobile Park. The location is hard to beat! After events, I usually walk a bit south to let traffic clear before grabbing an Uber or Lyft—about a mile south is perfect. I’ve even walked the entire distance a few times, and it’s always felt safe and quiet.
The room I stayed in was on the second level (no elevator), but the size was decent and it came with a small fridge and TV. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.
Parking is definitely a plus—being so close to both stadiums makes it incredibly convenient. The lot itself is on the smaller side but very well lit (seriously, it’s bright enough to land a plane!). If you’re light-sensitive, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask.
Overall, it’s a simple, convenient stay for anyone heading to a game or show nearby, and I’d stay here again without hesitation.
