If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offers plenty of parking space. You could park in the garage. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

*. Steps disclosure : There are 16 steps from the street to the entrance. It is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

*. Parking Disclosure: There is 1 assigned free parking spaces in the front of the house. ​​You could also park additional cars on the Redondo Beach Parking lot. It's not free and 3 mins walk from there. Free street parking will take 5 mins walk from home.​

*. Noise Disclosure: The house is on the road, you may hear car noise occasionally. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.

*. AC Disclosure: There is no AC in the house but fans are provided.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house nor on the balcony. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Hyvää: Siisteys
The house has an incredible view of the water. Saw birds, fishing boats and seals. Beds were comfortable. Cupboards were labeled which was helpful. Parking for a second car one night was a pain, but the VRBO description was upfront about that. Parking for one car is so convenient. Deck off upstairs bedroom looks inviting with the stunning view, but unfortunately the weather and our schedule did not allow us to enjoy it. Host was very quick to respond to any questions.
