”The property was quiet and comfy. It was right on several bus & rail lines. There is a convenience store right next door that is well stocked but has limited hours. We used the bus lines to get around as we are not very mobile. The property is close to the top of the hill so walking is mostly a vertical challenge. Also parking can be a big problem; although a zone parking pass is provided it can be difficult to impossible to find a space in the evening. One night we had to park more than 4 blocks away after driving around for almost a half hour. This is the not the agencies fault given how congested the neighborhood is but just be aware. ”

The air conditioning consisted of 3 portable units and a fan. We were instructed by the gentleman that took you to the apartment that you couldn't run all 3 units at the same time because it would kickoff the electrical breaker! ”Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. We had breakfast up in Queen Anne and it was so nice being able to go from downtown to QA so easily to experience more of what the area has to offer. This location definitely...
