Breakfast was ok. Room was ok. The main issue was the guy in the room next to us yelling and shouting at his wife at 2am in the morning. This went on forever. Took the hotel a long time to do anything about it. We had to call the front desk multiple times. The police showed up banging on the door and shouting…pulled the guy out into the hallway next to our door to question him and go through their whole ordeal whether the would book the guy or not. Middle of the night, so loud, all this going on while guests are trying to sleep. They separate the husband and wife leaving the husband there who continues to make noise, shout, throw furniture around which results in the police coming back and arresting him. Mean while, the hotel said nothing to us or tried to accommodate us in anyway. Asked to be moved to another room possibly, but nothing. The whole ordeal went on for 3+ hours. The next day checking out the girl at the counter knew we were in the room next to all the commotion and didn’t even care or apologize on behalf of the hotel to paying guests. Very uncaring and no sympathy. Shady area and unsafe. Don’t stay here. Not worth it!!
