Our home is nestled on a serene street in the prestigious Bridle Trails area. For those visiting for business, you'll be pleased to know that we are near major tech giants which are within a short 3-mile radius, making it incredibly convenient for professionals. We are just a 13-mile, 25-minute drive to Seattle.

The space
Discover the comfort and convenience of our private room, situated on the bottom floor of our two-story house. Featuring a cozy queen bed and an impressive 80-inch TV with cable and access to popular streaming services, you'll have plenty of entertainment options at your fingertips. Immerse yourself in your favorite shows and movies during your stay.

The newly remodeled bathroom and bedroom provide a stylish and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, we've incorporated the convenience of Alexa, allowing you to effortlessly control various aspects of your stay with just your voice.

To accommodate your belongings, the room offers a spacious closet, a designated changing area, and drawers for your convenience. Feel free to settle in and make yourself at home.

While staying with us, you're welcome to enjoy the backyard, a serene outdoor space. Please note that it is shared with the owners, who are friendly and accommodating. Whether you prefer to bask in the sun, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind amidst nature, our backyard offers a peaceful retreat.

Guest access
As our guest, you will have full and exclusive access to this modern and stylish bedroom and bathroom. Situated at the bottom corner of the house, this secluded space offers the utmost privacy. You can enter through your private entrance located on the side of the house. Simply open the gate and follow a short sidewalk to reach your room.

While staying with us, you are invited to make the most of our backyard. It's a wonderful space to relax and unwind. Please note that the backyard is shared with the owner, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

For nature enthusiasts and outdoor lovers, we have a special treat in store. Our location grants you access to the scenic equestrian trails that wind through the exclusive Bridle Trails community. Take a leisurely walk or enjoy a refreshing run along these beautiful paths, which lead you to the nearby equestrian park. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and charm of Bridle Trails Park.

Please take note that the pool and hot tub, while available for your enjoyment, are not heated by default. We offer the option to have them heated for an additional fee.
