”I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. I said something at the front desk the next day but no offer of adjustment was given. There was a quarter...

”Our room was clean and beautifully decorated, and organized. The host and inn keeper were super friendly, they made delicious breakfast. The pool came in clutch, it was clean and heated. Some tiny downsides, the free bottle of wine was not provided to us. We wished they have many tables because we had breakfast with other guests in the same table, not bad but it was somewhat awkward. Overall a good experience.”

”Hotel was very quaint and peaceful. Loved walking to my room on the second floor and being able to see the pool & the beach. The location is away from most things, but not too far that you can’t walk/ drive to something — the staff was so kind and attentive. Also most hotels stopped having variety in mini bars, and the snacks and beverage options were amazing and actually affordable. 10/10 and would stay again if in the area.”

”We booked the full ocean view room but was given one small room on second floor with roof top obstruction. I called front desk immediately to complain and was given one on 5th, a much larger n nicer room with full view of the gulf. The shower head is amazing, the room is clean with nice decor, bed is firm and supportive. The frig might be a bit noisy. A very nice stay indeed.The ball room, the pool and the common areas are spectacular, full of history ”

”The room had a bad smell and the ac did not work. We had to argue to get moved to another room that also had an odor. Walk out to the street make a left and the food establishments are bad also. After we took a tour we found out this was not the area to be in. The photos of the hotel are misleading. Stay somewhere other than here!”

”This place is beyond disgusting, it’s actually embarrassing that it’s even allowed to operate. I walked into my room and found dried blood on the floor, hair all over the shower, and random crumbs and debris everywhere. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Not “a little messy”, I’m talking straight up filthy and unacceptable. I went to the front desk thinking they’d fix it, and instead they laughed and shrugged it off like it was no big deal. That alone tells you...
