”The stay was ok.
Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned.
Beds were comfortable.
Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail.
We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season.
When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to...

”Staff was somewhat responsive.
They moved us to a quiet room from the initial room allocated which was nice.
We requested to book a scooter that they said they would book and get in 5 minutes because we had an appointment that we had to get to in 15 minutes. We were checking in and coordinating delays to the appointment. After 30 minutes I asked where the scooter was and the place they called was out of scooters, but they didn't notify me. It took another 20 minutes before we got a scooter. It...

”This place is nice and quiet, though from the street, you do not know where to go to access the property and if arriving at night, its difficult to find. The street sign is hard to see as there's a tree in front. The booking confirmation needs to have photo of the pharmacy out the front with directions to walk down the right hand side.
The apartment I had could do with some extra amenities, face cloths/washers, cups in bathroom, somewhere to hang the pool towels etc.
