”What a dream space! They thought of everything you could want to feel comfortable and in a luxury space. Super clean, modern and sexy, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back! ”

”For our purpose this was great. Clean comfortable functional (common kitchen in large common space). Cozy hotel ! I would stay there again if price was similar.”

”The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. ”

”The space is nice. Seems like at one time it was a really nice place but lacks maintenance and the place could have been cleaner better. The glassware needed to be rewashed before using and there was a plate with ants on it in the kitchen at check in. The TVs are old and don’t allow you to connect to netflix. The movie screen seemed great but didn’t actually function. Overall the space as lots of potential but needs to be managed better. With some TLC it could be a great option. ”

”Flott og tilbaketrukket leilighetskompleks midt i Canggu. Veldig flott med korte avstander til restauranter, shopping og stranda. Veldig fint med store tanker med Balianvann i leiligheten, og god aircondition som gjør at temperaturen er levelig selv om det er varmt og fuktig ute. Vi reiste med en liten baby, som gjorde at vi ønsket å bo i leilighet. Det fungerte fint for det aller meste, men vær obs på at det er trapper og trappetrinn overalt. Canggu er heller ikke veldig babyvennlig, så dette...

”Liikkuminen hankalaa kävellen, kun takaovi suljetaan jo kuudelta. Myös kuljetukset esim. rannalle markkinoidaan kuuluvan hintaan, mutta onkin maksullista. Visalle tehtiin hotellin toimesta kaksi varausta, joita ei purettu, vaikka lasku maksettu. Lapsille ohjelmaa päivittäin, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja laadukas siivous plussaa.”

”My partner and I communicated timely with staff to arrange an airport transfer upon arrival. This was also confirmed by e-mail. Flight details were provided but on the day of arrival, we had to wait 40 minutes until we were picked up. This is unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. The driver was apparently waiting at International Arrivals while we had a domestic flight. If hotel staff would've checked our flight details properly, they would have noticed that we flew from Jakarta to Den Pasar....

”travelling with small children so microway and waterboiler in a room was +. Location good, quite close to the beach. Not too noisy concerning the busy area where it is located. Good value for the money. Nice clean place.”

”You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay. ”

”The place is great. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Highly recommend.”

”Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Apartemen 3 kamarnya sangat luas dng kmr mandi dalam di setiap kamar. Dapur yg dilengkapi kulkas, kompor listrik, oven, microwave dan dispenser air. Berada di lingkungan yg tenang. Cocok utk keluarga dan rombongan yg tidak suka suasana ramai. Kekurangannya hotel ini terlihat kurang terawat, out of date, sayang sekali krn hotelnya cukup besar. Overall apartment butuh perbaikan dan pembaruan utk perlengkapan dan perabotannya. Peralatan dapurnya hanya ada...

”Mother and adult daughter stayed here for 10 days. Staff were amazing and helpful. Enjoyed the pool, good sized rooms, furnishings were a bit dated. Restuarant was great. Easy to book and great food”

”Fridge didn’t work at all, so much different bugs (mosquito, ants, some weird flies and more) Little bit dirty apartment... sheets and towels were dirty all the time.. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. But staff was kind and we had fun, good location. ”

”Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. ”
