Enjoy your home away from home in this bright and spacious original 1950`s cottage-style town house. Uptown Sedona location is extremely convenient to dining, galleries, shopping, hiking, and biking.

When you`re not out exploring you can rest easy and relax in the private back yard with beautiful red rock views and comfortably enjoy vintage Sedona charm with modern amenities.
This home is a duplex.

Guests have sole access to the indoor and outdoor spaces. Guests will be able to enter the property via keypad after 4pm on the day of arrival.

No indoor or outdoor fires from May 1 - November 1.
*Strictly No Smoking or vaping inside or outside of the property.

*No noise outside 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. This is incredibly important. Sedona has strict noise laws and the neighbors may call the police if they are violated.

*By law this home may not be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

* We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, tissue, and paper towels. If you find that you need more than what`s supplied, there are several grocery stores and drug stores nearby.

*We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. For your safely do not approach or feed these animals!

*We are not responsible for any items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
*Fines, fees or evictions will be assessed for non-compliance and damages.
*Reviews are our extremely important for us; anything less than a 5 star review is considered negative by us and Airbnb. We read every one and use them to constantly improve. Please note that his home is original to the 1950`s. Some love its vintage feel, others feel it`s dated. If you do not want a dated home, please do not book this. If you leave a review of less than 5 stars, based solely on the fact that the unit is dated, you agree that we will have the review removed by Airbnb.

  • Sedona has some of the best hiking and views you can find in all of the Southwest USA. But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! Overall great

The house was clean, and in a great location. Host was very communicative. Perfect place for our girls trip! The only “complaint” I would have is that as soon as we checked in, there was a $500 hold on my card from this booking. The host was able to clear up that this was a legit hold when I messaged her. I just wish I would have been informed of this hold and the excessive amount it was going to be ahead of time. That’s a lot of money to keep in limbo on my card. I could understand a smaller amount but $500 was a lot of money. Either way, it did go away as soon as we checked out. And again the property was great.

Beautiful Views and Adorable House

We loved our trip to Sedona, and this house was perfect for our stay! Everything was clean, and instructions were clear for arrival, departure and function of TV's, thermostat and all else. We absolutely loved the view in back, and sitting under the stars. The location is fantastic! We would love to stay again 😍

Cozy Bungalow in great location

Very cute little home and wonderful location in Sedona. Beautiful views. (Views would be even better in backyard if the large Juniper tree was not in direct view)The home was clean but we did notice some missed cleanliness under the beds that could use attention. Also the one tissue box that was in the home had three tissues left. With it being allergy season more tissues would have been appreciated. The host was helpful and kind but was adamant on time check in and out. We all wished we had a little more time especially for the price of the rental. Other than that, it was a delightful stay!

We were very pleasantly surprised at the amount of space we had in the livingroom and bedrooms. Everything was very clean and well organized. It was also just a short walk to the old town Sedona, which was excellent due to limited parking. The unit was very easy to find and access, and we had all the cooking implements we needed during our stay.
