Available for stays of 30+ nights, Zen Garden is nestled in the Grasshopper Flats neighborhood with Coffee Pot Rock, Thunder Mountain and Sugarloaf Mountain to the north. It is a lovely, super-clean 1400 sq. ft. home centrally located on a quiet, tree-lined side street in West Sedona. This desert oasis is just a short walk to Whole Foods, Fresh & Natural Thai Restaurant, Stagecoach Steakhouse, Starbucks, numerous restaurants--vegans/vegetarians will be thrilled for the nearby ChocolaTree; Mary D. Fisher Theater, and Adobe Jack trail head which connects to many of the local hike and bike trails. Posse Grounds activity area, including mountain bike skills course and community swimming pool, is also close by.

When arriving, you'll immediately begin to feel at home. In summer months you'll be greeted by lush greenery and fruit trees. Two parking spaces are available in the private paver driveway.

Once inside, you'll find yourself in the open plan, centrally cooled and heated living/dining space. Relax in the comfortable leather sofa seating. Watch tv, a movie on the flat panel television, listen to tunes on the Amazon Alexa, or catch up on email via the hi-speed wireless internet. Complimentary yoga mats are provided for you to enjoy.

Use the well-equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, featuring gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, French press, electric kettle, toaster, plus all the pots, pans, cutlery, and dishware. Cook like you're in your own home! Choose to eat at the kitchen breakfast bar, dining table, or head out of the sliding door to covered and uncovered seating on the outdoor deck.

You can also take the cooking outside, using the Napoleon stainless BBQ grill located by the deck. From the rear deck, take in the beauty of the private, fenced yard, featuring apple, peach, and pear trees. Ponder over the yard art and views of Thunder Mountain/Capitol Butte, Coffee Pot Rock, Sphinx, Brins Mesa, etc. while you relax in the outdoors. Or relax in the hot tub!

Pass from the deck directly through a slider door to the master bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and memory foam mattress for your comfort. Choice of pillows: memory foam, feather, or polyester. Shower away the stresses of the day in the remodeled ensuite bathroom. There is plenty of space for your belongings in the spacious walk-in closet.

For guests wishing to do laundry during their stay, a washer/dryer is provided.

For couples or singles traveling together who require separate rooms, use the spacious second bedroom, also furnished with queen bed and memory foam mattress. The adjacent bath incorporates an updated sink/vanity, toilet, and tiled shower.

Also, while Sedona is an extremely safe place, out of an abundance of caution for your safety and the safety of our home, please note we also utilize two motion activated video security camera which are located on the driveway and out front of the home in the entry patio area.
