Beautifully decorated home, the photos don’t do it justice. Very clean home and well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra pillows, towels and blankets. Host was very welcoming with lots of information via email. Also answered questions we had once we arrived. Home is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and hikes.

Great stay. Kitchen was particularly good. While I generally bring everything I will need, I would have been fine relying on their kitchen things. No problems and would stay again. Quiet neighborhood. Very near sugarloaf mountain trail which was fantastic to not have to drive to the trail.

Loved the proximity to the trails- just a short walk away. Tastefully decorated with all the kitchen utensils/appliances needed for cooking. I loved the shower. South private sitting area was great for early morning star viewing and afternoon sun, north sitting area great for having a meal at the table with a mountain backdrop.

Great location

The condo was true to the description. We loved the location. It was easy to access everything we wanted to do, but was out of the fray of a heavy tourist week. The bed was very comfortable, which is key to a good experience for me. Would highly recommend it!

The condo met all of our needs. The location was perfect. Close to trails and shopping. The only thing that could use improvement was the condo smell. It was a little musty and the pillows and sheets did not have a fresh smell.

Perfect location

Perfect size and location for our stay to hike in Sedona. The condo had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch there. Our only complaint was the mattress. Very hard memory foam.

Winter Break getaway

We went to Sedona for a few days between Christmas and New Years. The condo was nicely appointed and felt larger than we were expecting & there was lots of natural sunlight! It was close to everything, we could walk to dinner, the grocery store or a trailhead. We highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay. Outside patio off of bedroom close to the road so doesn’t really lend itself to sitting outside. Too dirty. But we spent our outside time throughout Sedona and sitting outside by condo not a priority for us. Would absolutely go back and highly recommend.

Grass Hopper Stay

The property was pleasing, the knives were not at all sharp and no knife sharpener, no bottle opener. The dishes we used we rewashed to use. The beds were very comfortable. The back outdoor table and chairs were ok but dusty need a better cover for the patio furniture the one there was too small. No gas grille but you know that when renting the property. Never found the lock box with the key. So we just used to code to lock and access the property. We highly recommend because over all a nice place and close to everything. Very friendly neighbors in the complex. The check in process was one of the smoothest i have experienced.
