DO NOT RENT FROM VACAYAZ – HILL HAVEN PROPERTY IS DANGEROUSThe property is extremely run down with zero maintenance being performed. VacayAZ is aware of the problems but does not address them.A.All of the outside decks have the paint completely worn off down to bare wood everywhere. Better wear your shoes outside or you will be digging splinters out of your feet.B.Gas grill is falling out of its enclosure to the point where it has caused a GAS LEAK! The was reported to VacayAZ, they never let us know if and when someone looked at, fixed, or addressed the explosion fire hazard until our last day staying there, several days after it was reported.C.Refrigerator door does not close properly, maintaining a constant safe temperature for food is very challenging.D.Shower in first floor bathroom drains very slowly. You will be standing in several inches of water when you shower. If two people shower one after another it will over flow and flood the bathroom floor.E.The outdoor areas were rendered unusable by pool pump noise coming from the adjacent property, which is also “managed” by VacayAZ. This will greatly reduce your ability to enjoy your vacation. The screeching pump was so loud conversations or enjoyment of the entire outside areas were impossible. The screeching could be heard in the living room, dining room, and even the first-floor bedroom. This was reported multiple times to VacayAZ, they failed to do anything about it.
