Great location, great accommodations. Wished we could have used the living room fireplace, but the primary bedroom fireplace was a nice way to quickly warm up. The hot tub is also very tucked away with no view, which wasn’t a huge deal since we didn’t use it. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place. The little details made this perfect for our group. First, the kitchen is well-stocked. And by that, I mean knives that can cut, pans that can fry an egg, basic spices and coffee supplies that I didn't have to buy and abandon, plenty of trash bags, etc. The beds were all very comfortable with nice bedding. The hot tub was clean and hot, and just what we needed to wind down at the end of the day! The layout is perfect for the three of us and could easily accommodate more or a family. The laundry is stocked, also.The views. Can we talk about the views? This is definitely the highlight of the property. Gorgeous sunset views. Sitting there in the morning with coffee, watching the sun hit the mountains in front of us and light them up was the loveliest way to start our days. I do wish the furniture around the outside fire table was a little taller and comfier so you could fully lean back and lounge, but that didn't stop us from sitting by the fire! Thank you for stocking fleece throws! We are blanket people and it was perfect.We did play some games - we were all thrilled to see Sequence, which is one of our favorites. Let's see - shower pressure was great and water perfectly hot. Living room furniture was comfortable. Proximity to hiking and other things was perfect - It's a very quick drive to the grocery and anything else you may need.Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Great place, highly recommend. Thank you, Neha!

My family stayed at this home with my grandparents and my friend with her kiddo. It was a fantastic location with the best view you can ask for. The floor plan makes it comfortable and private. We loved it so much we extended a day and wished we would have stayed longer. There is also a park within walking distance. Also, I have to admit I am a snob and the master bed was the most comfortable bed and not just the mattress. Thank you for the stay.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Sedona. The house has stunning views of the red rocks, one of the best in Sedona, is spacious and well stocked. The location is convenient to restaurants, downtown and a Posse groud park with lot of kid and adult activities. We enjoyed the hot tub. We were traveling with a toddler and our stay was very smooth. The host is very responsive to any needs. I will stay here again when I visit

Absolute Delight

I and my husband stayed here with my parents (in their 70s) along with our 3 sons, ages 21, 18, and 6. We wanted a place to act as a hub for our trip to the Grand Canyon, but it was important that it function as a restful retreat for the lazy days we spent in Sedona as well. This house was spectacular in every way. Neha was accessible leading up to and during our stay for our questions and needs, no matter how small or extensive. She responded almost instantaneously to every inquiry and was very accommodating. The pictures make it look smaller then it really is. The home itself was spotless and exceedingly comfortable. There were soft throw blankets, games, kitchen essentials, shower essentials, fans, adjustable lighting, and seating for us all. The bedrooms were huge, with closet space and hangers, comfortable beds, and views. The bathrooms were bright and super clean. The kitchen was large and easy to use (and we ate in most of the time). The outdoor space was generous in size and gave us gorgeous panorama views of Snoopy Rock and each sunset. The overhang is plenty to keep dry and shaded while enjoying the fire pit and al fresco dining, but cuts off enough for star gazing. The hot tub was easy to use and relaxing. An unexpected perk? The neighborhood is a short walk to a great community park with a huge playground and amazing views. Close to groceries, the movie theater, hiking spots... The house is cozy and luxurious. We'll be back!
