  • Tucked away in the pristine Chapel area, this Sedona Modern Mid-Century has a premier location. Not only will you be less than a mile from the iconic Chapel of the Holy Cross, you will also be close to many hiking and biking trails, with several trails accessible from the neighborhood!


    The remodeled property features single level living, with 1,700 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms and will easily sleep up to seven guests.


    Entering through the front door puts you into the main great room with the living room, kitchen and dining area.


    Living Room: Enjoy comfy contemporary furniture, including a full-size sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. The room offers an open and bright ambiance with the many floor-to-ceiling windows.


    Kitchen: The kitchen fully equipped and offers updated stainless-steel appliances, including a Decor gas range and dishwasher, a monogram Advantium Microwave, and lovely granite counters. There is also a convenient cocktail/wine station and a sitting room off the kitchen with a full-size sleeper sofa and patio access.


    Dining area: The dining area has seating for six.


    Bedrooms/Bathrooms

    Master bedroom 1— King size bed, Smart TV, and numerous windows to provide lots of natural light. The private bathroom offers double sinks and an oversized tile shower.


    Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, Smart TV, access to a shared full bathroom offering a large tub/shower combo.

    Bedroom 3 — This space is a detached, private master suite that offers a King bed and private full bathroom with spacious, beautifully tiled walk in shower. There is also a private outdoor area that offers plenty of seating options! Enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table or cozy up next to the fire table!

    You'll enjoy a fenced backyard that is private and peaceful, and delivers a spacious patio with Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ grill.

Wonderful Sedona Stay

The home is beautiful, finely appointed, and in a wonderful neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the chapel and being close to downtown.

We wanted to stay close to the beauty and near enough to the city and restaurants. The property was perfect t for us and our two Golden Retrievers. I’m a chef and the kitchen is very impressive and well-appointed. Loved everything about the home. We will be back!

Exceeded expectations

My grown kids, my mother and I had a beautiful, memorable weekend together. The photos didn’t do the home justice, and location was perfect. Fenced in yard for the dog, fully stocked kitchen with impressive attention to detail, the garden cottage, everything! We will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

Property was better than the pictures. Location was exceptional as we are still in the beauty of Sedona, yet was able to get to the house on busy holiday with little traffic as the house is situated just outside of where it backs up (from Tlaquepaque). Easy walking distance to Mystic Trail Loop / Chapel Trail / Chicken Point.

Best rental ever!

We have stayed at different places in Sedona over the past 20 years and this property is the best ever! The home is comfortable, tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen located in the convenient Chapel Hill area on a private street. Rental staff made the reservation process easy. We will be back in the future.

What a gem!

This is our 3rd time in Sedona and we are very glad to have stayed here. We are hikers and it is amazing that we are just minutes away from the trailheads. Our dog loved the backyard as well. And if you love making dinner after a long day of hiking, this kitchen is designed for you. You won't be disappointed. We hope to stay here again.

Awesome property!

One of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed at. I love to cook and this kitchen was supplied with everything utensil and dish you need, including dacor appliances. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Location in a very quiet neighborhood, great for walking and biking. Backyard patio is private. We will be back for sure!

Beautifully decorated and well stocked home. Easy access to numerous hiking trials. . Peaceful, quiet neighborhood and easy walk to Chapel of Holy Cross and other amazing trails. Agency was very responsive and helpful. Look forward to returning to this breathtaking area.

Lovely place

The property is lovely. Well appointed, spacious and a beautiful seating area out in the back yard as well. It is located in Sedona with Oak Creek Village just down the road. Just a short drive to Bell Rock and other red rock view points. The property manager was easy to contact during the booking process and answered any questions quickly. Very professional. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Ultimate Relaxation

This home was beautiful. Clean, relaxing, and peaceful. Just close enough to all the unique shops and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning. The neighbors lawn guy decided to edge the shrubs at 7am on Saturday morning. That a shocker. Overall everything was awesome!!

Beautiful location

Look out front or back windows or step outside this home to view beautiful red rock formations. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets that you will always remember. Short hike to Chapel of the Holy Cross. Short drive into shopping areas. We encountered snow and cold weather in February towards the end of our stay which curtailed our hiking but transformed the landscape into a whole different world. Beautiful area and excellent location and everything about the house is as advertised.

Great Location

The neighborhood is nice, quiet and felt safe. Check-in was quick and easy. Pet friendly for our dogs. It was a comfortable and nice home for our little getaway, and affordable. This was our first time using VRBO and we would stay here again. The only critique would be to have the house cleaners dust the corners, as there were a lot of cobwebs and dust bunnies. However that was easy to overlook with the overall experience. Thank you.

Good stay, but not the best value

Pros: Clean, comfy beds, nice furnishing, and private yard. Cons: Wifi is super spotty in certain areas. Poor communication. (Didn't respond to Vrbo messages and puts you on hold if you call. Also didn't pick up twice.) Lacked a lot of essentials like cooking oil, dryer sheets, paper towel, and more. Poor value. Not worth the premium $400+/night with all the issues. Would only return if no other options.

Mid century bungalow in beautiful neighborhood

The home was clean and well equipped. Love the mid century style. Lovely views of Cathedral Rock from the living room. The garden and patio area was perfect for stargazing. Location was a big plus. Neighborhood was quiet but short distance from Tlaquepaque Centre and restaurants. Sedona is overwhelmed with tourists, we were happy to be away from the crowds. Only drawback is master suite bath was really tiny. I would stay here again.

Beautiful and well equipped home,

First impression: we arrived late at night, the home appeared very clean, easy parking in driveway next to front entry to unload. No steps. Beds comfy, bathrooms have vanities and good storage. Kitchen very well equipped and nicely organized. Lots of reading material about Sedona was available and a parking pass was included for the trailhead parking. Heat worked very well,we needed it! A great house, one to return to. We liked the location and could be at any trailhead or restaurants quickly. Located on the west side it is less crowded and quiet. Lose to Whole Foods, the juicery ( a must) Mariposa restaurant and lots more.

Walk to hiking!

What a wonderful home. We visited Sedona to spend time hiking and that is exactly what we got. You can walk to several miles of trails, the house is beautiful, neighborhood quiet, and overall just an excellent experience. Thank you for sharing your home! Home to get back soon.
