Songbird Santa Fe - Great views w/ private hot tub

Presenting "Songbird Santa Fe" ...a thoughtfully designed private residence, built to capture the stunning views of Sedona's Coffee Pot Rock and Chimney Rock.

A preferred location in West Sedona that is walking distance to the Sugar Loaf trailhead and a minute away from the main drag on route AZ-89.

Fine restaurants, art galleries, jeep rentals and designer thrift stores, with easy parking.

West Sedona gives you the best of all worlds; convenience without hassles of Uptown traffic!

Hot Tub Usage Guidelines:

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Supervision:

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Temperature:

The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it.

Health Considerations:

Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use:

Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.

No Glassware:

For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cover Usage:

When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.

Liability:

If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.

By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Enjoy your relaxing soak!

You can’t beat the location! Having a morning soak in the hot tub watching hot air balloons go over Chimney Rock and Thunder Mtn was a highlight. Very clean, private house and comfortable beds. Kitchen was well appointed with all utensils needed. All around a comfortable, safe, and convenient stay. I will stay here again if/when I return to Sedona and recommend to others.

Wonderful red rock stay

We had a wonderful time and everything was well stocked, clean, responsive and well situated. The property has a light level of quality- beds, sheets, towels, spa, kitchen, and decor. We will happily come back for the great hikes and restorative stay.

Loved, love this home!

This home is in a great location, convenient to all the hikes and restaurants. We loved the layout, it was well stocked, nicely done all around. The hot tub and front patio were amazing. The host was responsive and answered my call when I asked to check in a little early! Highly recommend!

Perfect VRBO for up to 4 couples. Great location only a few minutes to downtown area and hiking trails in multiple directions. The host responded promptly to our questions. We will stay again when we return.

Sedona girls trip

The property was well stocked and worked well for our girls trip. The location was good for all the places we wanted to visit. The front patio has some nice views but I expected it to be a little more isolated. It’s right in the middle of a neighborhood of old, (a little run down) houses and nice homes too. Overall we had a great experiences at this home. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

The Song bird home was perfect for our group of 4 ladies celebrating milestone birthdays. The backyard and front courtyard were wonderful to retreat to after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you could want to fix a quick smoothie to a full on dinner! Rice cooker, blender, instant pot and spices galore awaited us. We absolutely loved Sedona and our easily accessed home away from home.

Perfect Location with Many Amenities

We had a delightful stay and will definitely return. The front courtyard was beautiful and well maintained with many spaces for privacy. The pantry had many items that made our visit very easy. We selected this property based on the location and accessibility to hiking trails, and it did not disappoint. We used the jacuzzi every night - and enjoyed seeing the stars. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access 89A.

Beautiful Peaceful Property!

We loved our stay here. It was just off the main road where we went for shopping, dining, etc., but had a courtyard surrounding the property so it felt really secluded, safe and quiet. We loved sitting out in the courtyard in the mornings with coffee and the beautiful views and enjoyed the hot tub and the stars at night. We all raved about how comfy the beds were and how we all felt like we hadn't gotten such good sleep in ages. House was spotless with lovely decorations and host was very gracious about me calling him with a dumb question. We do an annual trip to different cities all over the US and we all voted this as one of our favorite houses we have stayed in so far.

Expected a nice place and was not disappointed

I planned this stay so my kids and grandkids could visit Sedona for the first time. This is my third trip to Sedona. I love to hike and it was just awesome to have a great hiking trail so close. Having lots of supplies here was super convenient. The guest book was very helpful. In spite of the heat we enjoyed the hot tub. The grand kids were happy playing here. It was a really nice stay.
