Enjoy making a delicious dinner in the quaint kitchenette in this loft style home! Relax in the spacious living room watching your favorite movies! Stargazing is a must do from the private porch! Check out the closest hiking trail within walking distance, the Broken Arrow Trailhead. There you can watch the spiritual sunset, or energizing sunrise. Uptown Sedona is nearby, where on the way you can peruse Tlaquepaque, or venture further and visit the Uptown shops and taste of Sedona eateries! Where you’ll sleep:The loft is the cozy sleeping space with 2 full size beds, in which you must be able to do stairs, and it also has a futon. All beds are in the loft. The bathroom is on the main level with a walk in shower.

NO pets allowed.
While streaming TV, you must use your accounts to access.
The trash cans are shared with the adjacent home, and must be secured with the bungees and kept in the fenced trash can area and not taken to the curb.
Parking: Only 2 vehicles allowed
Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced.
The home is equipped with a smart lock, and you will be given the code and instructions the day of check in.
Heating and Cooling: Baseboard Heat works in the bathroom only. The mini split in the loft is provides sufficient cooling and heating for the entire home.
**Please note: The stairs going to the bedroom loft are steep. Please use caution going up and down the stairs and utilize the railing.
