Luna Sedona features a comfortable backyard patio with six Adirondack chairs gathered around a large table, an inviting place for morning coffee, conversation, or relaxing beneath Sedona's internationally recognized Dark Sky skies. An upstairs café-style balcony offers another quiet spot to unwind.

Uptown Gem features a private backyard with a BBQ grill, umbrella-covered dining table for four, and a soothing bubbling fountain that creates a peaceful setting for outdoor meals. Upstairs, the patio showcases beautiful views of iconic Snoopy Rock and is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, a glass of wine at sunset, or quiet conversation after a day of exploring.

The adjoining patios provide an easy outdoor connection between both homes, allowing your group to move comfortably between the properties while each home retains its own unique character.

Both homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival and feature smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, gas and fire monitoring, first aid kits, and climate-controlled interiors. Exterior lighting complies with Sedona's Dark Sky guidelines, helping preserve the area's spectacular night skies.

• This reservation includes two private luxury townhomes booked together exclusively for your group.
• The homes are connected by adjoining backyard patios, providing convenient outdoor access between the properties while each home maintains its own private entrance and indoor living spaces.
• Maximum occupancy is 14 guests.
• The City of Sedona requires identity verification for all vacation rental reservations. After booking, you'll receive a secure link to complete this quick verification before your arrival.
• Dogs are welcome in Uptown Gem only (maximum of 2). Luna Sedona is a pet-free home. Pets may not be left unattended at any time.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside either home.
• This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
• Please observe neighborhood quiet hours, especially during the evening and overnight hours.
• Both homes feature stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms and outdoor balconies.
• Please help us keep both homes complete. Although the homes are reserved together, each is individually owned and fully equipped. Kindly leave kitchen items, cookware, dishes, linens, pillows, blankets, décor, and other household items in the home where they were originally provided.
• Private garage and driveway parking are available at both homes.
• Sedona follows Dark Sky guidelines. Please use exterior lighting thoughtfully.
• Wildlife, including deer, javelina, and coyotes, may occasionally be seen in the neighborhood.
• Self check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
• Looking for a smaller stay? Luna Sedona and Uptown Gem may also be reserved individually, subject to availability.
